Measuring Performance

The objective of performance measurement is to evaluate whether our outputs achieved is in line with what has been agreed with our customers.

We therefore define performance measurement as the process of collecting, analysing and reporting on the actual performance against Key Performance Areas and adherence to Service Level Agreements. Daily operational information is extracted through our DSR and reflected in the pre-defined measurements. The information is not only shared with our clients, but is also utilised by our internal team in their day to day execution function and strive towards continuous improvement.

Bonded Warehousing services, involve the retention of goods, which have entered Indian borders from abroad but haven’t yet been granted free circulation. Prime issues we target in inventory management include: checking correctness of stocked inventory, enabling stock monitoring, collection and maintenance of inventory records and providing customers with strategic reports.
